No-Interest Patient Financing through CareCredit

Anti-Aging MedSpa has arranged with CareCredit, a division of GE Consumer Finance, to provide no-interest short term financing (up to 6 months) for cosmetic anti-aging treatments.

Cosmetic treatments are typically those not covered by insurance and include procedures such as:

• Dermal fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane
• BOTOX
• Thermage skin tightening
• LuxG pulsed light for sun damage
• Hair reduction
• Various treatments available for improvement of brown spots and hyperpigmentation

The fees for these and similar treatments can be financed for a period of up to 6 months at 0% interest. The involved financing fees are underwritten by Anti-Aging MedSpa as a courtesy to our patients.

We are extending this offer for amounts from $300 up to $25,000 or more depending on your treatment fees and CareCredit approval. Please note that the terms and conditions of the loan agreement are those of Care Credit and notAnti-Aging MedSpa. We are happy to offer this opportunity for those who require financing. Please read your agreement terms carefully as delinquencies can create higher interest and/or late charges which are not the responsibility of Anti-Aging MedSpa

Plan Term Minimum Financed Amount:

• 3 Month Plan: $300
• 6 Month Plan: $500
• Maximum Limits: Exceed $25,000
